Color coated steel coils use hot galvanized steel sheet, hot dip aluminum zinc sheet and cold rolled sheet as manufacture base board, through surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), coating one or more organic coating layer, then baking and cooling.

We use high quality hot galvanized sheet, hot dip aluminum zinc sheet, electric galvanized sheet and cold steel coll as (vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) produced by substrate, using silicon calcium polyester, high durability polyester (HDP),jamous color producer in and out of home.Together with advanced management, technology and the experience inproduction, we produce good and beautiful color coated steel plate. Meanwhile,we can produce embossing and printing plate.

Color coating line

The company has three color coated steel plate production lines, producing thickness of 0.11-0.7mm, width of 700-1250mm, annual production capacity of 500,000 tons, the entrance to use fully automatic alignment welding machine equipment to achieve a high degree of automation, pre-treatment using multi-stage washing, which can greatly improve the quality of the surface, the heating furnaces are baked using a funny all-hot-air, and the use of clean-air heating technology, equipped with Plate temperature online tracking device, can realize the accurate control of the furnace temperature, to provide a guarantee for product quality.
